Not to disturb the small quantity of insulation I have
in the attic is it better to use the blown in method or the rolls?

Asbestos is not just found in attic insulation. It may also be found in certain brands of duct tape, roofing tiles, stucco, drywall, acoustical plaster, floor or ceiling tiles, automobile brakes, etc. The MAA Center website has a complete compilation of products: http://www.maacenter.org/asbestos/products/.

Asbestos is a difficult project to tackle and I agree with your recommendation to leave it as undisturbed as possible or hire a professional.
